Make yourself at home. A lot of care has been invested in this home to provide a comfortable, relaxing, safe, interesting and inviting retreat for vacationers. The house is in a great neighborhood and is a pleasant 10 minute walk to Main Street and the many downtown shops and restaurants. This home has accumulated years of good karma and timeless energy. Outfitted with recycled furnishings and hand-me-downs, we aim for minimal environmental impact. Compost, recycle and trash bins are in back for your use. Ann Arbor composts all food scraps and recycles a large percentage of its overall trash. Here are a few things the Lodge has to offer for your convenience and enjoyment: a kitchen, dining room, living room, the owner's art and photographs, a quaint front porch and yard, TV with limited cable, an extensive DVD collection, toys, children's books, washer and dryer, the owner's former shop downtown: The Himalayan Bazaar, wireless internet, and a Nepalese Bicycle Rickshaw (please inquire).
Air conditioning, wireless internet, washing machine, clothes dryer, street parking and driveway parking, linens and towels provided, trash/recycle and composting bins, alarm clocks, breakfast groceries upon request, additional cleanings, a nearby park and large field with volleyball and basketball court, quiet historic neighborhood, friendly neighbors and a ten minute walk to Main Street, 20 minute walk to the University of Michigan Campus, 30 minute walk to the Michigan Stadium, 15 minute walk to the farmers market and the historic Kerrytown Market and Shops.
