To Reserve:

1.  Reservation Form:  full names of guests, ages of children, street address, mobile number, arrival/departure dates/times, king or twin beds & purpose of visit.

2.  Hold the reservation with your deposit (50% of the total amount).  Pay by check or credit card (5% credit card fee).

3.  The rental agreement is sent about a week before your stay.

​

4. The remaining balance (50%), your credit card information (as security/damage deposit) and your signature on the rental agreement are due on arrival.
