The Himalayan Lodge is located in the historic Old West Side neighborhood, just west of downtown Ann Arbor.  The Lodge is a 10 minute walk from Ann Arbor's vibrant Main Street.  Kerrytown Market and Shops is a 15 minute walk.  The University of Michigan's central campus is a mile from the Lodge.  You will enjoy this quiet neighborhood near the center of town.  The Huron River is also nearby and is a great place to hike and kayak.  All Ann Arbor has to offer is within easy access.

The Himalayan Lodge is a ten minute walk from the shop the owner founded, The Himalayan Bazaar at 218 S. Main Street, where you can find a variety of fair trade imports from Nepal and the Himalayas.  The owner also leads tours trekking in the Himalayas in Nepal, Mt.
